I founded Trusted Presence to help families feel informed and connected to the people they love. My background includes 30 years in long-term care and 15 years as a Director of Nursing.
I understand care communities, the questions families have, and the value of respectful, clear communication. My approach is personal, practical, and collaborative.
We discuss your loved one’s community, your concerns, and the type of support you’re looking for.
We confirm availability, services, pricing, approved contacts, and any necessary authorizations.
Scheduled check-ins give your family consistent communication and clear follow-up.
